The 22-DE-104 prototyping breadboard fills the entire surface of a standard PC/104 form-factor with a grid of 0.070" pads with 0.038" plated-through holes on 0.100" centers, except for the area reserved for mounting-holes and connectors. There is a Vcc plane on the component side of the board, and a Ground plane on the solder side. The circuit board measures 3.550" x 3.775".

The 6-DE-63/104 board is used to connect a PC/104 board to an ISA bus. The board allows access to both sides of the PC/104 board. It allows PC/104 modules to be developed and tested on a PC host. This four-layer board connects all ISA signals and the power supply lines of the host computer to the standard PC/104 bus connectors.

The 6-DE-63/104 can be used with a BX-DE-63-2 to allow ISA boards to be connected to a PC/104 stack (substitute the 6-DE-63/104-LB to connect ISA boards to a Little Board).

PC/104 bus pins project from the component side of the 6-DE-63/104. When a PC/104 board is attached, the component side of the PC/104 board faces the component side of the 6-DE-63/104.

All holes are plated-through, and the ISA edge connector fingers are gold plated. The circuit board measures 6.200" x 4.200".

Note: A similar board 6A-DE-63/104 is also available for use with finished applications. It connects a PC/104 stack to an ISA bus and allows the ISA box to be closed. It is more commonly used where easy access to the PC/104 board is not required.

The 6A-DE-63/104 allows 8 or 16-bit PC/104 modules to be used completely inside an ISA box. When installed, the top edge of the PC/104 module is flush with the top of the 6A-DE-63/104 board. The board is 6.300" x 4.200".

The PC/104 socket is on the component side of the 6A-DE-63/104. Plugging in a PC/104 board puts the solder side of the PC/104 against the component side of the 6A-DE-63/104.

Note: A similar board 6-DE-63/104 is also available for testing and debugging a PC/104 board, raising the PC/104 stack above others on an ISA bus and allowing access to both sides of a PC/104 card. This 6A-DE-63/104 is more commonly used in "finished applications" where easy access to the PC/104 board is not required.

The 6-DE-63/104-LB is identical to the 6-DE-63/104 but with mounting bracket and other area cut off to allow for joining a Little Board to a short ISA bus to plug in one or more ISA boards. (The LB stands for Little Board.)

The 6-DE-65/104RS board supports a single PCI board from a PC/104Plus stack. The RS model positions the PCI slot perpendicular to the PC/104 stack.

The 6-DE-65/104RS board has the advantage of mounting the PCI board "outside" of the stack area -- allowing other PC/104 boards to be stacked on top.  The RS version may be placed anywhere in the stack (placing it low in the stack results in a lower total height).

The PCI slots are normally configured as slot 0; however, other options are available.

The BX-DE-63 is a two or more slot ISA passive bus.

The 6-DE-2X-63/104 board allows two PC/104 board stacks to be plugged (side-by-side) into an ISA bus.

The Douglas BX-DE-63/104 series is a set of multiple slot passive ISA backplanes which also include a location for a stack of PC/104 boards. The four-layer design includes integral ground and +5v supply planes, rail caps for all four supply voltages, and a choice between the standard six-pin power connector and screw terminals. The area under the PC/104 location can also be used as a breadboarding area for adding custom circuitry. The board implements a full parallel interface between the ISA bus and the PC/104 bus. The circuit board measures 10.000" x 6.500" and is available in 2, 3, 4, and 6 ISA slot versions.

The 6-DE-FC-63/104 board pair allows supporting a PC/104 stack - via flat cable from an ISA bus. It is designed to allow the PC/104 stack to be on the back, outside of a standard ISA box.

The BX-DE-104+-163-265 board fits on the top of a PC/104-Plus stack and allows plugging in one or two PCI boards and one ISA board. The plug-in boards are perpendicular to the PC/104 boards. The PCI slots are configured as slots 0 & 1.

The 6-DE-65/104RL & RH boards support a single PCI board from a PC/104Plus stack. They place the PCI board in a parallel plane to the PC/104 boards.

The RL and RH models are identical except for the distance between the slot and the board. The RH board provides 0.625” clearance between the board and the PCI board. Where the RL board provides 0.200” clearance.

The RL and RH models boards make a compact package by keeping the PCI card low to the PC/104 stack. The RL and RH versions must be the top board on the stack.

The PCI slots are normally configured as slot 0; however, other options are available.

This board allows a PC/104-Plus board to plug into a PCI bus.

The 6-DE-63 is an extender for the ISA bus that allows one ISA board to be lifted above the others for in-circuit testing. This is usually used for testing. The circuit board measures 6.200" x 4.200". The extender supports 8-bit or 16-bit operation

The 6-DE-104/16 16-bit board allows two PC/104 modules to be placed side-by-side, moving one or more PC/104 boards completely out of the PC/104 stack for in-circuit testing.

The board is 3.600" x 7.800" representing two standard PC/104 footprints with 0.250" clearance between boards. The boards are available with stack-through connectors, Pins only or sockets only.

The FC-PCB-DE-62/104 assemblies allow connecting an 8-bit PC/104 board to an ISA slot via a flat cable.

The 6-DE-IDEF/104 board interfaces a 1.3" IDE Flash Disk (such as the IDE 2000 series from M-Systems) with an Ampro CoreModule/3SXi or /4DXi. or an Ampro Little Board/486i or /P5i (or equivalent boards). A flat cable is required (but not included) to complete the connection from the disk to the associated board.

The 6-DE-CF/104 board interfaces a SanDisk CompactFlash (or equivalent) with an Ampro CoreModule/3SXi or /4DXi, or an Ampro Little Board/486i or /P5i (or equivalent boards). A flat cable is required (but not included) to complete the connection from the disk to the associated board.

The 6-DE-PROX/104 interfaces the Proxim RangeLan2/OEM Wireless LAN Board to a PC/104 bus. Address and interrupt requests may be set by the user (some soldering is required to change the interrupt request).

The 22-DE-104+ board gives you prototyping space in a PC/104-Plus stack. The board provides a grid of 0.038" holes and 0.070" pads on 0.100" centers. It is available in assembled or as a bare board.

The board is available with Press-Fit pass-through connectors installed, or as a bare board.

The 6-DE-104+ board adds height to a PC/104-Plus stack. This is particularly useful when used with a Little Board to allow additional clearance in areas outside of the traditional PC/104 footprint. The use of this board adds 0.662" to the height of the stack. This board has a ground plane.

The board is available with Press-Fit pass-through connectors installed, or as a bare boardD.

The BX-DE-63/104-RA board allows a single ISA board to be used in a PC/104 stack with the ISA board parallel to the individual PC/104 boards.

When used with the Ampro Little Board, this version maintains clearance above the CPU and fan. This allows the board to be mounted closer to the Little Board, avoiding the CPU clearance problem.

This board is available in three other versions - the only difference being the relative location between the PC/104 connector and the ISA connector.

If used with Ampro's Little Board, this version keeps the main part of the ISA bracket directly in-line with the left edge of the Little Board. This gives a smaller total product footprint, but the PC/104 stack must be high enough for this board to clear the CPU and fan. If this clearance is a problem, you may wish to use the RA version.

This board pair allows a 16-bit ISA card to be plugged into a PC/104 stack via flat cable. It is designed to allow the ISA card to be positioned as needed, instead of being restricted by the PC/104 stack.

Both of the boards are 0.700" wide. The PC/104 board is 3.550" long, the ISA board is 6.500" long.

Unless otherwise specified, the separation between boards will be 2.5”.  If larger separation is desired, add a –xx” to the end of the part number. (FC-PCB-DE-63/104-6” would be 6 inches between boards.)

 The FC-PCB-DE-263/104 is identical to the FC-PCB-DE-63/104 except that it has two ISA slots.

The BX-DE-104+-365 board provides sockets for up to three PCI boards on the top of a PC/104Plus stack.  This board must be the top board on the stack.

The 6-DE-65R boards provide a right angle connector to allow a PCI board to be mounted in a PCI bus, but not take the normal height required.  The board is available in several configurations.  See the attached drawing to be sure you are selecting the correct one for your application.

The 6-DE-104/16-3L board provides support for three 16-bit PC/104 boards where the component side of each of the boards is visible. The board also provides a location for supplying power to the board.

The 6-DE-65/3104R boards provide for a PCI board mounted parallel to the other boards in the stack, and for two PC/104 (non plus) stacks. The PC/104 stacks are offset from the PC/104 bottom stack by 1” which allows the PCI board to lay flat and avoid conflict with the PC/104 stacks. The PC/104 connectors are elevated from the board by 0.400”.

The 6V-DE-65/104 series provides support for one, two or three PCI board at the top of a PC/104Plus stack. The PCI boards are in parallel planes to the other PC/104 boards.

The 6-DE-67/104+ board connects a PC/104Plus module to a cPCI buss.

The BXR-DE-63 board connects two ISA board in a minimum height configuration. Provision is also provided for connecting Ground, +5V, -5V, +12V & -12V.

The FC3A boards provide connections between two PC/104 boards with flat cable.  The board sets are available with Male on each end, Male on one end with Female on the other end, or with Female connectors on each end.

Standard cable length is 4". If you would like a different cable length, please indicate that in space provided on the order form.

The 6-DE-104-spacer provides an additional 0.662” height between PC/104 boards in a stack.  It is always supplied with pass-through connectors.  There is no metal on this board.

The 6-DE-104+spacer provides an additional 0.662” height between PC/104Plus boards in a stack.  It is always supplied with pass-through connectors. There is no metal on this board.

The BX-DE-104+-465 boards provide four PCI slots on the top of a PC/104Plus stack.

The 6-DE-PMC-104+ boards connect 32-bit PMC modules to a PC/104Plus stack.

The 6-DE-265/104RS board is identical to the 6-DE-65/104RS board except that this board provides two PCI slots.  The slots are behind the PC/104 stack.  The board may be placed low in the stack so that the height of the PCI board is not all added to the height of the total assembly.  The two PCI slots a 0 and 1.

The 6-DE-104-ROT board allows a PC/104 stack (not PC/104Plus) to be rotated.  The rotation can be either clockwise or counter-clockwise.  The board is normally supplied with pins only at one location and sockets only at the other location. 

The 6B-DE-104/16 board can be use to minimize the height of a PC/104 stack by splitting them into two stacks.  When the board is used, one of the stacks has the component side up, the other stack has the component side down.  The PC/104 connectors of the two stacks are close to each other.  The board is normally supplied with a male connector on one side and a female connector on the other side.  Optionally, one or both of those two may be replaced by a pass-through connector.

The 22AD-DE-104 board is for breadboarding PC/104 projects.  The single IC on the board does the address decoding to save you doing that manually.  The board comes with pass-through connectors.

The 6R-DE-63 boards provide a right angle connection to an ISA buss.  This board can be use to minimize the height of an assembly.

The 6-DE-104+-FCA/B is a flat cable extender for the PC/104 buss.  Flat cable is not good for carrying high-speed signals and we do not recommend this product; however, customers have wanted it and we have made it available. Clearly, the shorter the cable the more likely you will have success.

The 6B-DE-104+ provides a unique way to connect two PC/104Plus (or PCI-104) stacks.  This assembly provides a very low distance extender that joins the PC/104Plus connectors on the two stack by turning one of the stacks so that it’s boards have the components facing down, while the other board has them facing up.  When in this configuration and the two 120 pin connectors are close to each other, the 6B-DE-104+ joins the two to each other.

The BX-DE-104+-365-RUD board provides up to three PCI boards to plug into a PC/104 (or PCI-104) buss. To not have those pins (as for a PCI-104) put ‘NO ISA’ following part number. The 0, 1 & 2 are the equivalent slot numbers in the PCI buss.

The 6-DE-65/104RB is designed to place a PCI board on the bottom of a PC/104Plus stack. The board has a female 120 pin PC/104Plus connector and a PCI slot that is below the 6-DE-65/104RB board.  This must be the bottom board in a stack.

The 6-DE-104/16-0.050 board is exactly like the 6-DE-104/16 board except that it is 0.200” shorter.

The 6R-DE-104/16 board supports two PC/104 with the PC/104 connectors at opposite ends of the board. The board is normally supplied with Sockets only.

The 6C-DE-104/16-3.75S board allows two stacks of PC/104 boards to be joined with the solder side of both stacks facing the 6C-DE-104/16-3.75S board.  An alternate is to use the 6C-DE-104/16-3.75P board and have the component side of each stack facing the 6C-DE-104/16-3.75P board.

The 6-DE-104-2U-2DS board allows four PC/104 stacks to be joined. Two side-by-side stacks are on top of the board and two side-by-side stacks are on the bottom of the board.  Each of the four stacks has the solder side of the board facing the 6-DE-104-2U-2D board.

The 6-DE-65/1104R board provides a slot for a PCI board which is in  parallel plane to the PC/104 boards, but then allows a PC/104 board (not PC/104Plus) to be placed above the PCI board. (There is no mechanical support for the two PC/104 holes that are over the PCI board.)

The FC-PCB-DE-63M/104 board set provides support for a PC/104 stack from an ISA buss via flat cable. The PC/104 may have pins, sockets or Pass-through connectors installed. The length of the flat cable is indicated by the -# following the part number (in inches).

The 6-DE-104/16+ board supports two stacks of PCI-104 boards.  The normal configuration is with two sockets, however, it is also available with pass-through connectors (sockets and pins) in place of the sockets.

The 6C-DE-104/16-3.075 board is a shortened version of the 6C-DE-104/16-3.75. (W63). Mounting holes align to one side only.

The 6-DE-265/104RSD23 board is identical to the 6-DE-265/104RS board except that it is configured to be PCI slots 2 and 3. (The 6-DE-265/104RS board is configured for slots 0 and 1.)

The 6-DE-65/104-1.25-3.3V board provides support for a PCI board from the top of a PC/104Plus buss. A separate connector provides the ability to connect power directly to the 3.3 volt pins.

The BX-DE-63/104-RC boards allow a single ISA board to be used on the top of a PC/104 stack with the ISA board parallel to the individual PC/104 boards.
